Pre-visit health check 

Before your visit to the clinic, one of our ambassadors will get in touch with you to check if by any chance you're feeling unwell, contacted by health authorities or been around anyone sick.

If you are, we will help you re-schedule your appointments to the next earliest available slot.

This way everyone is happy & safe! 

During your visit 

You will be greeted by our ambassadors upon your arrival to the clinic. Identity check & safe entry is required. 

​

We keep waiting time minimum so there's no accumulated patients in one room. Upon your name being called, we will sanitize your hands before your treatment as well as upon leaving the clinic. 

Post-visit 

After finishing your treatment, equipment used & treatment rooms are sanitized before letting the next patient in. 

​

Allowing a 15 minutes ventilation period before the next patients steps in. 

​

We are committed in building a  comfortable & safe environment for both you & our staff members. 

We are in accordance to Ministry of Health (MOH), our protocols meets the latest requirement in keeping you & your family safe

  • Our clinical instruments and equipment are disinfected & sterilized to ensure a round of good cleaning practice.

  • Every member & staff clinic are equip with personal protective equipment (PPE). We are well-stocked with other essential items and dispose all single use for each patients.  

​

  • Anti-viral rinse is given before starting of treatment.​

​

  • Minimum waiting time to avoid overcrowding of space. You'll be seen right away therefore, you won't have to wait long in the common areas.
